Founder of Off The Fence, a strategy and marketing consultancy, Katya’s 30‑year career spans Unilever and consultancy, partnering global brands and SMEs across Beauty, Food, Drinks, Health, Retail and not-for-profit. She leads complex, board‑level strategic projects, bringing clarity, direction and measurable impact, and coaches senior leaders to perform at their best.

She is a Woodland Trust Ambassador and sits on Cambridge University’s Chemistry Philanthropy Committee.

With 30 years’ experience in senior executive and board roles, Dom brings deep expertise across the Food, Beverages and Sporting Goods sectors. He has led businesses across Food, Infant Nutrition and Sports & Fitness, combining general management with extensive experience in sales, category and commercial leadership. Dom works with owners, boards and leadership teams to sharpen decision‑making, strengthen execution and improve commercial performance.

With 20 years’ of strategy, marketing and consultancy experience, Helen has developed brands from their inception to global scale. She leads teams to deliver brand & category strategy, positioning, innovation and comms projects that deliver growth rooted in real consumer and commercial insight.  Clients include Unilever, Yeo Valley, Natwest RoosterMoney,
Magnum, Charlie Bigham’s.


When not working, she can be found on the tennis court or lacrosse pitch.

Strategic, insight‑led and highly collaborative, Lynzi brings 25+ years’ marketing experience across Unilever and consultancy, supporting global brands and fast‑growth SMEs in Beauty, Food, Health, Charity, Retail and Publishing. As Research Lead, she supports projects from analysis to creative direction, delivering clarity and momentum grounded in consumer, competitor and brand insight, with strong commercial judgement in research, agency selection and delivery.

Lisa is an experienced senior planner and insight lead, known for uncovering the human truths that shape stronger brand and category decisions. She blends thoughtful, insight‑driven thinking with robust qualitative and quantitative methods to understand what truly matters to people. Her work informs brand and category strategy, innovation and communication planning, helping teams make clear, confident decisions grounded in real consumer insight.

A multi‑disciplined Design Director with nearly 20 years’ experience, Sheena brings a strong agency background to her work. She shapes and strengthens brands through identity, design systems and creative direction, supporting teams from early‑stage start‑ups to established brands with thoughtful, creative leadership.
